The Note

I heard the note with my inner eye,

The first note,

Within it contained the entirety of the universe,

All that was,

All that is,

All that will be,

A kernel of all thoughts, emotions, creations,

From where could I bring this note?

I looked into the eyes of another,

Deeply,

For every eye contains the universe,

I saw the universe and then I saw,

That very universe was contained within the eye that saw,

My own,

And I played the note,

The universe.
